On my windows client, I tried submitting a support ticket to report a bug I’ve seen in mylio. But the device has been stuck in the “support ticket - gathering support data” stage all night long. How can I fix this?
Try closing Mylio completely and then hold the “Alt” key down while you launch it, and then select “Contact Support” from the dialog that pops up.
