Number of jpg files skipped on import as unable to read. Yet I am able to view them fine in Adobe Bridge. Any idea how to clear this up? System is Mac, importing from an external drive.
Can you send in a sample file of that to support and we can take a look.
Click on Help\Contact Support then click on the little gear, and at the bottom click on: “Send additional file”.
