Daniel J. Cox has been documenting nature for nearly 40 years. He has been recognized and awarded in competitions including the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year and Nature’s Best. He’s been featured in galleries such as the Natural History Museum in London and the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson, Wyoming. Dan is a regular contributor to natural history publications worldwide, he’s a Panasonic Lumix Luminary and consultant for their Lumix line of cameras, he’s been honored as a “Nikon Legend” and is a Field Editor for Outdoor Photographer magazine. In 2013 he was awarded the Outstanding Photographer of the Year by the North American Nature Photographers Association. He’s shot two cover stories for National Geographic Magazine and volunteers as Director of The Arctic Documentary Project for Polar Bears International. He is sole photographer for over a dozen books and lives with his wife Tanya in Bozeman, Montana
